Owen blinked, surprised by that very serious tone. It wasn't upset it was quite... reasonable, really, but it would brook no further discussion on the subject and that really surprised him. It wasn't like Vincent to cut him off in such a manner, even if it was polite. There was obviously something terribly troubling about his relationship with Leigh and it all seemed to hinge on that comment.
Filing it away for later thought, Owen removed his hand from Vincent's upper arm and replaced it with his cheek, wishing to communicate comfort even if there was something so important at play Vincent wasn't ready to talk about it. He could be there for him, though, soothe him with his presence and perhaps, one day, he might understand.
