Anyone can live in the Parlor free of charge. As long as they abide by the landlady's rules, they will have her support and her protection. Sabrina is there first and foremost to serve her tenants and her community, and many of the people that stay here do so because they have nowhere else to go.
The rules are few, but they are enforced without exception. Remember, the walls can talk.
1) Do no harm – to yourself or others. This includes hard drugs.
2) Stay off the 7th and 8th floors and the basement. The former can only be reached by elevator and the latter will eat you alive if you're not invited.
3) Pitch in in the kitchen. Family dinners are Monday and Thursday nights.
NOTE TO THOSE LOOKING TO TAKE A ROOM HERE: Sabrina rarely leaves the house; characters are generally going to need to come to her. Now that she is a District Leader this may change.
